Help with Tesla K80's

It seems that a lot of GPU problems revolve around specific versions of drivers. Though NVidia has their own support structure, you can often learn from information reported by others who fold.

Help with Tesla K80's

Post by Avacado »

Coming up with disabled on all of my Tesla K80's. I have installed the latest drivers. Are the K80's able to fold?

I have 4 M40's that are folding just fine around the same PPD as a 1660.

Any insight would be helpful

Welcome to Folding@Home!
While old, the K80 should be able to fold. There are two prerequisites to folding: 64 bit floating point math (double precision), and OpenCL 1.2 drivers. the K80 should have both.

As always, the first 200 lines of your log where the Configuration is, would be helpful.

It is hard to know what OS you are running but here are Windows 10 64 bit drivers

Tesla K80 are supported, something must be wrong with the drivers and/or OpenCL/CUDA on your system ... :(
