Issue with uploading to 129.213.40.229

I have been getting the following for several hours now for WU 16925 (13, 30, 46) --

There is a collection server for this WU (129.213.157.105) but I am not seeing any uploads attempted there. The server stats page shows that 129.213.40.229 has "0bytes" of space available and a "Collection sever not accepted" warning.

A message was sent to the researchers using this server, oracle3, yesterday evening by another person. I have added the additional information that uploads are not going to a CS.

It seems 129.213.40.229 is having trouble. It has been responded with PLEASE_WAIT all day. Could somebody please check?
