Officially, F@H supports:
Debian based OS (Debian, Mint, Ubuntu).
Fedora based OS (Fedora, Red Hat, CentOS).

Thus, OpenSUSE isn't officially supported but I am unsure if you can still run it unofficially.

In the section of this forum for Q&A about unsupported Linux versions, a few tutorials have been posted by others on how they installed the F@h client - viewforum.php?f=89. If you do want to run under OpenSUSE, I would suggest looking through topics there to see what is involved.

While OpenSuse officially supports RPM (Redhat installation) packages, and in theory should work, there's a possibility that the installation may come with problems.
It may suffer from the same issues debian users have in that Python 2 support was dropped, and FAHControl no longer works without some workaround.
