Unable to modify team
When I input the correct team number, name, founder, email, and password, and attempt to modify my team, it says "Failed to update team, not authorized". I have tried resetting the password to no avail, so how would I fix this?
Re: Unable to modify team
What does it tell you when you try to change the password? Do you still have access to the email address that you used when you created the team?
I will forward your request to someone who may be able to help you. They'll contact you.

Re: Unable to modify team
I should've worded my original post better. I am able to change the password, but I am unable to modify the team and add a URL. And yes, I do have access to the email address used for the team. Thanks

Same problem and error message as above, Team 263191. How can I include a homepage?

Re: Unable to modify team
I am happy to say that I could solve the problem myself. Like this:
1. After you filled the form with everything you want to modify, you first need to click "Reset", e.g., you update the password.
2. Only after that you click "Modify", and then it works. The other information, like a new URL and/or logo will be updated.
All the best to everyone folding!!
