This specific WU has been worked on by 5 different people, and has failed every time.

As I said elsewhere, that means that the project owner has 5 distinct error reports to examine. These projects are examining an enhanced analysis methodology and every error is carefully examined to improve the analysis. It's true that 0.01 + 0.005 + 0.012 + 0.005 + 0.006 days have been spent collecting these errors, (47.5 minutes) but in this case that's more valuable that the completed WUs would have been.
