Project 17100 will feature short test WUs for core22

Project 17100 contains a limited number of short test and benchmark work units that represent various COVID-19 and benchmark systems (as different RUNs) with total number of steps adapted to each RUN to ensure equal runtime (~10 min) on an RTX 2080. You may see some of these WUs pass through ADV and FAH as we continue to test stability and performance of core22.
