PPD Database - HFM exports needed
I want to create an up to date PPD database.
Currently, all PPD databases are old as they heavily rely on Core 21 data related to old/finished projects.
Therefore I want to ask you to upload current HFM exports to the following google form:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIp ... w/viewform
Best practice to upload HFM exports:
- use HFM and export as CSV
- add hardware information like 'GTX 1070' or 'R7 3800X' (best way to do so would to use HFM's slot name, if possible)
- if you run a CPU slot on a lower thread count than normal, please specify, like 'R9 3950x @ 12t'
- give your username from foldingforum.org so I can contact you in case I have some questions
- please avoid to upload already uploaded data
- if you have remarks, please add them
The PPD database can be found here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing
Don't be shy to upload HFM exports.
If you have questions don't hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for your support, stay healthy and happy folding

Edit:
Here you can find a good guide to set up HFM.net

Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
Thanks for doing this. Out of curiosity, how work intensive is this? Would it be helpful if I wrote a Python script that took the csv files, checks to make sure they are in the correct format, search for and removes duplicates, and creates a combined csv file?
Also, it's really annoying that google forms doesn't support anonymous file upload https://webapps.stackexchange.com/quest ... ogle-forms if you guys want to be anonymous, create a throwaway google account.
I created a post describing how to set up HFM.NET viewtopic.php?f=16&t=34516&p=327394#p327394

Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
Results sent for my R7 3700X and GTX 780Ti.
In HFM we can not name the GPU and the CPU slot differently, so i had to modify it in the csv export !

@Tohya and [Inpact]_Garfield67 I uploaded your export.
Thank you.
Thank you.
That's perfect. Thank you.[Inpact]_Garfield67 wrote:n HFM we can not name the GPU and the CPU slot differently, so i had to modify it in the csv export !
Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
I'll just continue to upload new results every day. I finally got all my cards clocked the same now, so the only difference is windows vs Ubuntu.

Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
Is there a way to have HFM parse my old logs? If so, I could upload everything from the past 2 months

I do not believe so. I had the same thought and posted a feature request on github for that to be added.Kebast wrote:Is there a way to have HFM parse my old logs? If so, I could upload everything from the past 2 months
Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
I apologize for the noob-ish question, but what exactly IS HFM, and how do I get it/use it? I'd be more than happy to share stats of what my machines are doing. I have a GT 1030 running 24/7 in an old machine, and an RX 560 running damn near 24/7 in my main desktop. I have CPUs going too.
I'd like to be able to share useful data but I don't know what HFM is.

HFM.net is building a database of your processed WUs, with statistics.Sarr wrote:I apologize for the noob-ish question, but what exactly IS HFM, and how do I get it/use it? NoMoreQuarantine wrote a nice tutorial about how to set it up: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=34516&p=327394#

Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
Is there any linux version for this?
this thing seems to use .net and all windows stuff.
How do i find the relevant info on linux machine?
by the way, my PPD, copy-pasted just from what i see right now in fahcontrol:
gpu:0:TU106 [GeForce RTX 2070] M 6497 ; estimated ppd of this slot right now (at 73% of wu prcg 14417 (0, 1325, 16) ) is 1494861
first cpu slot: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5670 @ 2.93GHz, @ 12 threads, estimated ppd of this slot right now (at 95% of wu prcg 16406 (1472, 1, 68)) is 33711
second cpu slot: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5670 @ 2.93GHz, @ 9 threads, estimated ppd of this slot right now (at 76% of wu prcg 14616 (459, 1, 48)) is 25983
ram: DDR3-1333 ECC, 64 GB, 3 channel / physical cpu, 2 physical cpu
OS: Linux mint 19.3
total ppd ~ 1.72 million right now

Unfortunately I am not aware of a similar tool for LinuxDarth_Peter_dualxeon wrote:Is there any linux version for this?

I am currently working on a Python script that parses FAHClient logs, but I am not a fast programmer.
Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
ChristianVirtual had a website that parsed logs. All the data on it is from old cores.

Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
I wrote a quick and dirty bash script that does this: https://github.com/patrick-tavares/foldingathome_tools. Not sure if it reports on everything you want but it may be a startNoMoreQuarantine wrote:Unfortunately I am not aware of a similar tool for LinuxDarth_Peter_dualxeon wrote:Is there any linux version for this?
