Laptop's CPU

Post by LetterC67 »

Hello! I'm folding with my laptop. It's okay if I let it run for 5-6h at 75%? (The temperature is 75 C degrees)

75°C is totally fine for a laptop CPU.

Yes, that's totally fine. 75°C is a good temperature, especially for a laptop. Many laptops are reaching 100°C pretty quick and start throttling.

Some work units might not like changing the core count mid process but you are free to choose how much you want to use, as long as you make the deadlines for return your good.
