What are those purple atoms in this triangular shape?

Trying to make sense of those molecules with 3 purple atoms, anyone knows what that is?

That's probably solvent that is not correctly displayed by the viewer ... it should be more transparent.

They're the solvent. The viewer is supposed to make them transparent but in that case, it didn't happen. I'll add it to the bug list.
