GPU unsupported but work sometimes

Hello,
I'm a news donors since a week.
I have a GTX 2070, but it's say " GPU: 1 unsupporter : 0X0000:0X0000". But sometimes, it's works !

My CPU and my GPU can't work in the same time in this soft ? Cause sometimes, i don't use my computed and i can offer everyy my ressources.
And, sometimes, nothing works, no CPU, no GPU.

Someones can explain me basicly how to fix it please ?

As for the unsupported message, as Neil-B said, more information is needed. If it is an RTX 2070 (I don't think a GTX 2070 does exist?), it should work.
Now, as a general rule, even if your hardware is compatible, disponible and in good shape, it can happen that F@H can't use it, momentarily. Most of the time it is because the servers are overloaded and don't have any appropriate job for your hardware when your client requires it. In that case, the client will ask again automatically after a while.

It looks like you should update the driver for the 2070: https://www.nvidia.fr/Download/index.aspx?lang=fr
The message "Failed to get assignment from (...) No WUs available for this configuration (...) Could not get an assignment" generally (almost always right now) means that the servers don't have any WU for your configuration. You just need a bit of patience.

I just instal the new graphic pilote from "geforce experience", is it the same thing ?
Because it's "unsupported " again :( but sometimes it's work.

Long shot - have you rebooted your machine since updating the drivers? … I was thinking the F@H Client might not spot the drive change until this is done? … BUT this is a wild guess on my part - Someone with more knowledgemay be able to advise better … If you reboot probably best to set any current WU to "Finish" and wait for this to happen so as not to have any issues with checkpointing.

There are known issues after a driver update. Haven't encountered that myself, but it can happen that the GPU index gets messed up. I just had to add a GPU in my PC and I was recommended to uninstall F@H before that and reinstall it afterwards. I can confirm that that indeed works. But you might find a better shortcut in the section of the forum on the NVidia drivers: viewforum.php?f=80

If you uninstall and reinstall F@H, it is a good idea to copy the file config.xml (%AppData%\FAHClient) somewhere before uninstalling. You have there everything handy to reconfigure your account just the way it was, with username, team #, passkey, and some special codes you might have added in the expert section.

It looks to me like the GPU slot is misconfigured. According to this you've got one GPU, GPU 0:

but your GPU slot appears to be looking for GPU 1 which apparently doesn't exist:

I'd suggest deleting your GPU slot & creating a new one. Or you can do as ajm suggests & reinstall.
