Part may be just from the server overload from all of the new persons who have joined F@h. You can ignore the 10053 messages.

If you are running anti-malware or a firewall, you may need to add an exception for the client. It uses HTTP over ports 8080 and 80, and otherwise acts like a web browser for download and upload connections. The part of the client need the exception is named FAHClient.
