Help; unable to connect to remote client on Android phone
I've got FAHControl running on my Linux laptop, and tried adding a client that's behind the same router (on the same WiFi in fact) at the left with the "Add" button, but after inputting the IP address and ensuring that remote machine (an old Android 5.1.1 phone) is actively folding, my laptop's FAHControl still says that client is "Connecting". I tried logging in on the phone, but I think it's just logging into my google account and not creating a local account I can use the password for (a solution I found by searching this forum). It's using port 36330; could that be the problem? Does the phone app use a different port?

I don't know anything about the Android client, but on the PC the client has to be configured to allow remote access from other devices on the network; I would assume it's the same with the Android client.
