What % of cpu/gpu are the 3 options and is there a way to set usage to other levels?
What are the 3 settings in %? Or is it a different metric? Could there be more fine grained settings?
EX: I could give 80-90% of CPU/GPU in most cases with little effect on my use of machine unless I'm gaming.
Just curious.
Thanks

Re: Finer control of resources?
Light is 1/2 the CPUs and GPUs do not fold
Medium is use all but one CPU and GPUs fold
Full is use all CPUs and GPUs fold.
There is finer control in the Advanced Control for CPUs. the GPU either folds or doesn't, we have no control.
In Windows here is how I change it. In the lower right of the task bar is a F@H molecule Icon (You may need to click an Up Arrow ^ to see it) Click that.
There is a menu, Advanced Control is the second item, click that.
To the left is Configure, click that
There is a tab called Slots, choose that
You may see a cpu item and a gpu item, we want to select cpu. Now click Edit
Be default it uses -1 CPU, which means the software decides. But you can pick any number between 1 and the number of CPUs you have.

Re: Finer control of resources?
The proprietary drivers for your GPU may allow special controls, such as limiting the power used by the GPU. Contact either nVidia or AMD for support.
