Receive Error 10053 in log

So I'm definitely new to this, coming in on the COVID train. I tried to search for an answer first, found plenty of topics, but no real solution.

I have FAHclient running, and in the logs I repeatedly see "ERROR:Receive error: 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine." I assumed this would be a network thing, but FAHclient has a proper exception in the Windows firewally.

Also, the 3D viewer does not connect and shows the default protein.

Both my CPU and GPU projects seem to be running. Is this error important or hindering performance?

Not an important error, it is usually from the Web Control or other parts of the F@h client not closing their local network connection properly.

You may get that 'error' every time you close the web site after looking at your progress. It is harmless but can cause you concern. Just ignore it. Or use it to count how many times you peeked at your folding status.

You may also be getting from FAHViewer and/or Google Chrome.
