FAH Bench with Core 22?

Post by X-Wing »

I know there is an unofficial copy out there of FAH Bench that uses GPU Core 22. Does anyone know when we will get an official update to FAH Bench with the new Core? I don't think I am capable of compiling my own copy.

Fahbench is sitting on the bench of priorities right now, as far as I understand, mainly because of perfect storm caused by COVID :)
core_22 is relatively new, I'm sure it will be incorporated into the fahbench rather soon :)

This was mentioned in the Reddit AMA. It's the next priority after the CUDA version of Core 22.

Thanks guys! Glad to hear there is a CUDA version of Core_22 coming, should hopefully speed things up on my 1660Ti. From what I have read, there is some overhead between OpenCL and CUDA because OpenCL code must be converted to CUDA to run on Nvidia GPUs. Thanks for the heads up!
