Project 13830 & "Disease Type: unspecified". Is this normal?

Hi,

I have a question about the web client. When I open it, it says that I'm contributing to "Project 13830" and after clicking Learn More it says "Disease Type: unspecified". In the same Learn More window it also says that "This project is managed by at ." Is this normal? Please see below some screenshots.
