I happened to pick up one of these little cards for some light duty summer folding. It was...meh. review here if anyone is interested...my guess is this sort of card would only help people with OEM systems that are space and power limited.

I was able to find a GTX 1050ti that was low profile and had no power connectors, so is suitable for a Small Form Factor PC. Now you could find a GTX 1650 for that https://www.zotac.com/us/product/graphi ... ow-profile

Some motherboards in low-profile cases have room for double-wide GPUs and some don't. Before purchasing this type of device, check the placement of the PCIe slot(s).

Yes, to get a single wide low profile Nvidia card you are reduced to some GT 1030s.

Your system seems to have space for a GTX 1660Ti, or RTX 2060, with dual fans.
You can use a 90 degrees angled SATA cable, to avoid stopping the card at the end, and equip it with a triple fan version (longer length GPU), even triple slot GPU if you like! (EVGA makes a lot of 2,5 slot, and triple slot designs).
You could tap off any 4-pin molex connector, or SATA connector, to a 6 pin PCIE connector, and feed the GPU about 75 Watts + 75 Watts from the motherboard (=140W, or a max of GT 1660 Ti), or if you have more cables available fix a 1x or 2x 8pin PCIE connector off of several SATA/4Pin connectors, and tap 140Watts off the top (+75W of the mobo). That's ~210Watts, or a max performance of an RTX 2070 Super card.
The RTX 2060 or 2070 Super is really a recommender for folding!
