i am new here and i could not find the requested info with the search engine. May be somebody can give me an answer to the following question:
Are the folding data free available? And if yes where can i query the data (online database?) ?

Are you looking for downloads of the papers or the raw data sets? For the papers, Dr. Pande posted a Where Can I Learn More topic with links to papers published.
For data sets, there was a link on the F@H site to simtk.org where some of the more popular ones are available for download. I currently am unable to find that link there, the site was recently updated and reorganized, but the link can be found in older posts here. For other data sets, they are available upon request from the Pande Group researchers.
