Just cuz im interested:
did the driver update for the titan xp (the one that improved the speed a lot for some workloads) also increase the folding speed?

Good question, it is driver 385.12 BETA which enables some Nvidia Quadro features on Titan Xp.

It will be useless for us ... like it's useless to choose a Quadro instead of the Geforce equivalent ...
Those optimizations are only specific to professional applications (Maya, AfterEffect, ...) ...
