Please help me get my password back for my old account!!

My username is Kyle_Brandtjen and I can provide screenshots of me using the screen name but I don't know how to log back onto the forums with it. This is strange because I thought I used the same password I use for a lot of things. Is there anyway I can provide proof that this is my screen name and have my password reset?
