Stats not updating?

Didn't know where to report this but... I was noticing my 3rd party stats at EOC and Kakao weren't updating today although my personal stats page at Stanford was. Isn't there some summary text file the 3rd party pages get their data from? If its http://fah-web.stanford.edu/daily_user_summary.txt then that is empty.

EOC has a server issue
EOC's server won't respond to page requests and keeps timing out

Kakaostats seem to be fine now
Individual stats on Standford's pages are correct also!
