GPU SLI
Does this program take full advantage of multiple GPU's configured through SLI within the same PC?

No, multi GPU are ok, but each fold alone. SLI etc not supported. Mainly due to sensitive timing during simulations.

Welcome to the folding support forum.
The folding client will make use of all usable GPU's in a PC. However SLI is not used or needed. Each GPU is used individually by the client when configured and individual WU's will be processed on each.
