Hello all,
I am moving 6 new core18 gpu projects on the Src kinase family to advanced. The Src kinase has been previously well studied in both the Pande and Chodera labs and this project aims to extend our understanding of how these systems work by simulating the rest of the family. These projects aim to simulate the dynamics Yes, Fgr, Lck, Hck, Blk, and Lyn kinases which make up the rest of the Src family(besides fyn kinase which has also already been studied).
