Re: just started folding not getting WU or points!
Welcome to the folding forum.
It can take a couple hours before results show up on the Official Stats site, longer to show up on third-party stats listings. If they do not show up within 24 hours, then you should follow up with a post here.
As for losing the log, unless you explicitly deleted it, by default the client keeps a folder with up to 16 prior logs in the F@H data directory. That is the same location the current log file is stored.

After a few hours, the official stats show that you have completed 5 WUs for a total of 8901 points.
I was able to locate individual credit reports for WUs from both your CPU and your GPU. (This search function is restricted to Moderators.)
Your WU (P9014 R78 C7 G103) was added to the stats database on 2015-03-28 11:09:04 for 219 points of credit.
Your WU (P9201 R142 C4 G271) was added to the stats database on 2015-03-28 14:06:26 for 8000 points of credit.

Welcome James to the world of folding.
Not sure if you know or already done; but please register a so called passkey. It will get you after finishing 10 sucessfully assignments with your donor name and passkey a much amount of points for the following assignments, so called Quick Return Bonus or QRB.

Re: just started folding not getting WU or points!
Some projects are not eligible for a bonus although most are so your first 10 WUs may not be enough to qualify your passkey for the bonus. (Most notably, projects using FahCore_15 are not.)
Some donors are interested almost exclusively in the points and others fold because the science is a really good cause. (and obviously there's a wide spectrum between those two extremes. Those who concentrate on the points seem to be the most vocal, but I'm not convinced that's representative of a more objective enumeration of individuals. In any case, you're welcome to get support here or to help support others.
