Loaded the Chrome Web App
it seems to be a constant loop of "Waiting for ID request"
Does this app work on a MAC running OSX 10.9 Mavericks ?

It should, I don't see why not.
I haven't personally tested on a Mac myself, but it does run in Linux. The NaCl technology should run in a sandbox within whatever environment Chrome is compiled for.

Runs on an Mac Mini I have still around ... No problem ...
Oh, wait. Need to check the version, could be still 10.8
Update: sorry. 10.8.3 I guess time to update that little fellow ... but NaCl runs well on that version (not an answer to your 10.9 question)

I don't have access at the moment to a Mac running 10.9, but it should run as long as you have a recent enough version of Google Chrome installed. Also check the forum to see if there are reports of other persons having problems getting work around the same time.
