[Resolved] Project 13000 (1095, 9, 0) restarting @ 0%

Folding this on an HD5770. Every time I restart my PC it starts from 0%. When it's taking nearly 50minutes to complete 1% it's a bit of a bind.
It's on slot 2.
Config:

Code: Select all

Last time I restarted the PC I waited for this unit to complete 4% first.

Got to wait a couple of hours now to grab a section of the log with times.

Should I keep trying or dump it, as it'll only complete if I leave the PC running for over 83hrs? If I dump it will I get another?

I'm not overclocked.

Yes, you might not get another right away but sooner or later you will.

With a preferred deadline of 10 days you should be okay as long as you try to time any pauses for after completion of 5%. From earlier reports your 5770 is capable of doing and completing Core_17 projects, the practical minimum for an AMD-ATI GPU appears to be a 5750 or possibly a 5670.

Was just getting too used to the 8900's I suppose. Just wish this project had hit my 7950 for the QRB :D
