Team Statistics

Post by OzPapaSmurf »

I know this question may have been asked before but, I will ask anyway.

I started folding about a month ago after a long hiatus, am using the beta client and it seems to be going good.
What I would like to know is why in the statistics page http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/mai ... num=226025
it shows that only 7 CPUs have been active in the last 50 days. Well, I added two new machines this week (1 was 2days ago and the other yesterday)
why does it NOT reflect the fact that there have been 17 CPUs?

It might sound like I am being prissy and I know the work is more important than points but, I wondered if something I have done is the reason
the stats only show 7 active CPU's? if it IS normal then that is ok.
I just don't want to screw this up as I have lost 2 Family and 2 close friends to Cancer and I want to make a difference so that there sacrifice is not forgotten.

The stats page only indicates a new client when it gets a WU returned, not when you download it.

Have any been successfully completed and returned yet on the new kit?

By the way- it's now showing 9 CPUs, so it's noticed something :)

Looked a bit closer- although your link says Active CPUs I suspect it actually means Active Clients.

On your "personal" stats page (http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/mai ... zPapaSmurf) it says 9 Active Clients, which sounds right if you've just added 2 new computers.

Thanks fellas. I guess I should have looked a little closer.
I am sure I will get the hang of it soon. :)

I have one system with AMD 955, GTX 560Ti and 8gb ram, another with AMD FX8150, GTX650 Ti and 16gb, main system, Intel i7 2600K O/C to 4ghz, GTX 660Ti and 32gb ram.
They are all running 24/7 right now.
