Not getting points

I have two machines. One gets only 2,300 PPD; the other about 15,000, both under "dfinley" of the Ubuntu team(41504). In February I applied for and received a passkey. I decided that I did not know what I was doing and did not use the number. I probably had more than 4 million points at the time. For many weeks I have only received credit for contributions from the small computer. Also, I cannot get back into the forums with my old name and password.

I do not know how I messed up, but is there a way to resume crediting the larger machine. The report shows that it is finishing work units and getting credit, but that does not seem to be the case.

There was a glitch, recently fixed, where people without a passkey were getting bonus points. You are probably still getting credited, it just looks like so much less (not having a passkey) that it looks like no credit.

Add the passkey, and 10 work units later, your points will go back up.

You need use a passkey to get the quick return bonus (QRB) points. If you do not use it the only point you will get is the base points. Depending upon the speed of the machine the QRB can be many times more valuable than the base points.

Please supply the folding log of the machine that is not being credited. There is no way we can determine what is happening without it. However, if you supply project( run, clone, gen) numbers we can tell you how many points a specific WU produced for you.

Note that the credit estimate was 11,000 and that none of it was credited. Also, I never used the passkey. It is not a matter of getting fewer points after failing to use the passkey. It seems that none of the points of this machine have been credited since at least the first week of April. My other machine could not turn 13,000 points in less than five days. Sorry for the trouble. I doubt that I know enough about what I am trying to do.

Estimates from V7 always assume you are using a qualified passkey so do not expect 110000-13000 points.

Please reset the verbosity to the default value of 3.

The CPU project (core 0xa3) that was uploaded in that log WAS successfully credited.

As mentioned, you need a passkey to get the base points and Quick Return Bonus points. The estimated points reported in the log are just that - an estimate , and assume you have a passkey and are eligible for the bonus. 7im mentioned the server glitch that was recently fixed which was giving QRB points to users without a passkey. So add a passkey as mentioned in the Points FAQ and Passkey FAQ and you will get the QRB once the passkey is qualified.

P.S. Changing the verbosity level of logging from the default serves little purpose and makes troubleshooting problems with the F@H client more difficult. The default level of 3 reports all parameters that have been changed from their default.

Hello; Not sure if this posted in correct place.I'm starting again after a no internet hiatus. Started folding again approx.09/17/2013? But I'm not receiving any bonus at all.P.C. dedicated and running 24/7 with completed WU's returned quickly.Have folded 24/7. 20 WU's completed and I received 15500 points with PhenomII 955 b.e.Logs show base and bonus points but I get base that's it.Not 100% sure I'm getting base even.I do have a key with 100+ WU's. Don't know if I posted this correctly? Posted maybe 4X in 6-8 years!?? Any help appreciated.If points are how we keep track of contribution (not just competion) Then I'm financing a power plant for very little? Just gearing up again.Installed 650Ti today.re-boots for driver un-install/sweep/install made my logs kinda mess.If you need more info I will be more than happy post it.Thanks in advance for any/all assistance. P.S. Is there anyway to sync the clients and P.C's time? Mines set at -4 utc (should be -5) but it's still usuall 3-5 hours off. .
