Requesting Access to be a Beta Tester

Hello... Back on January 30th I posted a requested for access to be a beta tester:

I see from my lurking on the beta forum that testers of Core 17 are needed. I would be happy to spare my HD6950 for this task but I haven't received a yay or nay to my request.

Is there anything else that I can do to "move this along"? Different wording in my request maybe or did I even post the request in the proper location?

Free free to jump on IRC in the meantime. Proteneer indicated that he was opening it up to those who were on IRC, because it's easy for him to ask questions and get prompt feedback.

It's my expectation that Core_17 will finish the IRC development process "soon" and probably move to beta. At that point, you'll need to be on the beta team.

Looks like I can now post to the beta forum and my request to be a beta tester has been removed. Thank you to whomever approved.
