Welcome to foldingforum.org, Sattva.

I don't see any 100% or 117% in the portion of the log you posted.

You downloaded FahCore_11 which began processing a WU from Project 5767. Apparently you shut down FAH or your entire computer before it issue a message Completed xxxxxxxx out of xxxxxxxxxx steps (1%) or similar messages.

The FahViewer doesn't necessarily show the current protein. You're looking at a display of "Test Protein A" which is a sample protein delivered with the Viewer for those times when no actual protein is being folded by the selected slot. Notice that it also says "Core is not running now." and that you will have to spend another 100 years to complete the folding of that protein.

That's one reason we ask to see the log, since it always shows what's actually being processed.

I recommend that you replace the V6 client that you're currently running with the latest version of the V7 client which can be downloaded at http://folding.stanford.edu/English/HomePage. There have been a lot of changes to both the Viewer and the Client since your Client Version 6.41r2.
