GTX 680 SLI

Post by SkullTRAIL »

Hi guys downloaded the latest FAH CLIENT 7.

Made a user name SkullTRAIL and setup passcode and so on

Then i clicked on the "configure" tab and then clicked on "connect"

Now i can see the client working on the projects

Base credit 1325
Estimated credit 1325
Estimated ppd 13311.63
Total point estimated per day 35191

in the work queue it has

00 running 13.50%
01 running 13.39%
02 running 1.53%

Now it seems that both gpu's are working. However i'm aware that folding doesn't recognize sli how do i enable the client to make use of my second gpu.

Any info is greatly appreciated big thank you.

Welcome to foldingforum.org, SkullTRAIL.

FAH does not use SLI. Each GPU works independently and works on its own assignment. The data SLI data path is reportedly too slow for effective use by FAH.

FAH doesn't care whether SLI is disabled or not. It's simply not used. If it helps you with your games (or whatever), then leave it enabled.
