Found one of my machines continuously trying to run this WU after downloading early this morning. Each try ended immediately as follows:

One note, the log file has multiple reports that 8 improper terminations had occurred,

That number did not increment higher. I ended up deleting the WU as it was not dumped automatically by the client after over a dozen failures.

I did check, there are no other reports for this WU in the database.
