1.5 PetaFLOPS

Post by abraidwood »

Noticed that the extra 50 TFLOPS that the GPU2 client has generated (now at 73TFLOPS) has taken the total to 1500 TFLOPS.

Pretty cool.

Howdy abraidwood,

The project has been cresting over 1500 TFLOPS for some time now, and was at/over 1550 TFLOPS for a while.
See: Highwater Mark
Production usually drops over weekends (and into Monday reports) while many PS3 donors use those machines for other purposes and business donor machines are turned off.

need more GPU

Post by moritzgedig »

@1650PFlops now
for the GPUs to contribute as much as the PS3 it would take 18000.
now F@H is at 2014 GPUs. I have watched the number rise over the last days. I wonder how long they will continue to rise and to what amount.

Want more GPUs

I have added two GPU2 processors to my hardware yet the Active Processor (in 7 days) has not changed. Multiple WU's posted and credited over the past 4 days. I wonder if the GPU2 machines are being counted yet.

FAH breaks 1.5 Petaflops

Post by Tom Philippart »

Looking at the client stats, FAH just broke 1.5 Petaflops.
Mainly the GPU2 client has caused a huge increase! (GPU: 125Tflop)

This makes FAH 500 Tflop faster than the whole Boinc network!

Dupe thread merged. -7im
