Tax Incentive

Post by Uniwarking »

Hello all,

I'm new to folding, I've been thinking about it for a while but just started this weekend using FAH Tracker (SMP and GPU).

I'm sure it's been asked a million times, however, I'm wondering if there is any way the cumputing power we're donating can be converted to a tangable dollar value. I'd imagine the amount of doners would increase signicantly if there was a "reciept" or something similar provided to doners on an annual basis.

This is an idea that has been discussed numerous times.

In short, the answer is no.

However, if receiving a tax incentive is of importance to you (and it may be to some), then you are able to donate directly to Stanford.
