~2-hour downtime for 128.143.199.96 and 128.143.199.97

We're having some electrical maintenance in one of the research buildings. This necessitates at ~2-hour power outage affecting 128.143.199.96 and 128.143.199.97. The servers should be back up later this afternoon. Thanks for your patience.
