So what happened to 130.237.232.237 What used to take less than 2min to download now takes 30min. that is kind of a step in the wrong direction. Up until this weekend it took less than 2min to download a big bigadv WU using v7 from this server on Linux now all 4 of my rigs are taking 30min to download. I can hardly wait to see how long it is going to take to upload on of these to the server when it completes. 30 min to download 54MB = 2+ Hours to upload a completed big bigadv. Perhaps you should undo some of the fixes that were implemented.

2 - SM H8QGi-F AMD 6xxx=112 cores @ 3.2 & 3.9Ghz
5 - SM X9QRI-f+ Intel 4650 = 320 cores @ 3.15Ghz
2 - I7 980X 4.4Ghz 2-GTX680
1 - 2700k 4.4Ghz GTX680
Total = 464 cores folding

Sounds like it is running at the 30kb/s (that old chestnut)...
Perhaps it was just bogged down with a lot of connections as it came online? One can only hope...
