with 1m11sec TPF I should be getting ~75K PPD
Is that correct, can anyone with I7s who had theirs hardware for long time can confirm if this is too much, or normal or fahclient is going crazy, or base points are too big or K factor is too big, or maybe this is bigbeta WU?

7018 is not a bigbeta or big-anything WU. The PPD does sound on the high side, but there is a known bug with both the TPF and PPD numbers reported by the V7 client. They will often alternate between too high and too low, you would have to check the actual time intervals reported in the log file to see what they should be. The average over 5-10 frames (1%) is what should be reported as your TPF, there are some PPD calculators around to plug that and the project info into to get an estimated PPD.

The 7018 on my i5-2500K at 4.1GHz (4C/4T) gives me about 25-30K PPD. 75K for your system sounds within normal range

Hm, strange, as other projects are within 40k and 60k. But now I downloaded HFM.net and it is reporting 80k for 6970 gpu plus my i7. So fahclient isn't wrong, though it missed GPU ppd But if it is within norm, I won't complain. I missed it when it went through beta, I guess guys over there sorted PPD issues if any already.

And I'm sure you know that 11 threads is a dangerous number. Since they're HT threads, I recommend you switch to a safer number since the TPF for any value >= the number of FPUs isn't going to make a huge difference in TPF.
