What time zone is this: WU assigned to donor at: 2011-06-11 00:48:17 ? Pacific as well?

I indeed got assigned a WU at that time but it was a different WU: Project: 6903 (Run 7, Clone 11, Gen 2) (vs. R3C11G2).

Stanford servers do not operate on UTC ... They all operate on Pacific Time (Standard or Daylight, gaining and loosing an hour annually).

If you check carefully, I'm sure you'll find that the WU was reassigned to you at the time you stated. It's the FIRST TIME it was assigned that counts.

It looks like there was just time enough between 2011-06-11 00:48:17 and 2011-06-11 00:49:08 for an error or something.

It seems that sever marked the R3 WU as sent/assigned on the 11th even though the download never succeeded.

There was no simulation error. I'd expect the server to correctly account for failed downloads (regardless of the cause) OTOH.
