How to fold?
I read through the instructions on the site... and got more confused... how do I fold? Please explain on a non braniac level so I can understand.

Welcome to the forums!
Simply: Download the client (v5.03, assuming you're using windows), run the installer, and you're away.
That is assuming you want something to look at - if that doesn't bother you, download v5.04, leave all the options as they are (just hit enter at each question) and then copy a shortcut to the program into the "startup" folder in the start menu. Or to get rid of the window, answer all of the questions by simply hitting enter, except the "install as a service" question - answer "yes" to that, and the software will run automatically in the background every time you start your computer.
