Possibly bad WU:
Protein: ALZHEIMER DISEASE AMYLOID
FahCore_78.exe

Two machines are running this:
- Project: 6880 (Run 266, Clone 0, Gen 28): FreeBSD 8.0 x64 on stock hardware and no rigging: fails at 30% completion for 4 days straight
- Project: 6880 (Run 552, Clone 13, Gen 25): FreeBSD 8.0 x64 on stock hardware and no rigging: fails at 44% completion for 5 days straight

I marked both WUs as bad since they all failed for 0 points to other people.

I have just received both WUs on both machines for which the problem occurs. When exactly does this take effect?

This is a manual process ... one of the people at Stanford has to look at the list and remove the WU from the servers ... so it takes a variable amount of time ;)
