129.74.85.16 Could not connect to work server

Post by Number1Gsxxr »

Hi,

I experimented with Folding way back in 2004, and now that I have a new computer, I thought I would give it a go again. I have been able to fold successfully and upload the past few days but today I can't seem to upload my work.
I checked the server status for 129.74.85.16 and it says it's accepting. I tried entering 129.74.85.16 into my browser and I get "This webpage is not available." message. I feel like this is pointing to some kind of a firewall issue on my end but I don't know where to look.

Code: Select all

[04:24:22] - Couldn't send HTTP request to server
[04:24:39] + Could not connect to Work Server (results)
[04:24:39] (129.74.85.15:80)
[04:24:39] - Error: Could not transmit unit 08 (completed September 4) to work server.

[04:25:10] (129.74.85.16:80)
[04:25:10] Could not transmit unit 08 to Collection server; keeping in queue.
[04:25:10] + Sent 0 of 1 completed units to the server

Thanks in advance for any help.

I am trying to send results to 129.74.85.16 and can't get through to that server either. It does not respond to a ping from my end.

Okay, glad it isn't just me. I had recently installed some anti-spyware and thought that that may have caused some problem.

The server monitors must have had the holiday weekend off. My results were successfully sent in today so I presume the issue has been resolved.
