FAH 5.03 has stopped working
I was wondering if anybody has had the same problem as i have been having. First of all the first problem i had was when i finished a wu the programe wouldn't download another wu without uninstalling and re-installing the programe but now that has been solved . But Now every so often the programe stops working and comes up with this message. A problem caused the programe to stop working correctly Windows will close the programe and notify you if a solution is avalible. has anyone had the same if so is there a way to fix this thanks.

Re: FAH 5.03 has stopped working
One possible cause is an OpenGL conflict. The v5.03 GUI client uses OpenGL, and if you run another program or game that also uses OpenGL, it can interfer and cause the client to terminate.
About the only option then is to switch to the console client, or stop using that other program.

Are you still using the v5.03 client, or did you update to the v6beta3 version?

There's a third option: Keep the GUI window closed most of the time.7im wrote:One possible cause is an OpenGL conflict. The v5.03 GUI client uses OpenGL, and if you run another program or game that also uses OpenGL, it can interfer and cause the client to terminate.

OpenGL issues turn up in strange places, but one which has been reported fairly frequently is a problem during the transition from the end of one WU to the beginning of the next. I'm not sure what happens but keeping the viewer window closed during that time can make a vast improvement in the reliability of v5.03.
