If you read Troubleshooting Server Connectivity Issues (Do This First) you'll find that there's no point in reporting 171.67.108.17. You'll also notice that you need to report the SMP server separately in a topic associated with that server's IP or at least post your log showing what happened.

With respect to 171.64.65.102 (which is the subject of this topic) I've notified those responsible for that server.
