ASUS is not an authority to tell you that a bundle of your selected hardware will 100% be stable. ASUS does not control RAM manufacturing process, it does not control CPU manufacturing process, heck, I can argue they have no clue how to do motherboards anymore. Saying that, I myself did check Asrock QVLs before buying both Zen 5 systems, there is nothing wrong in doing that.

What ASUS is stating in their QVLs that their particular RAM sticks worked with their particular CPU on one particular motherboard, at that given moment, which was in a lab with god knows what type of validation and stress testing.
Now saying that, the biggest influencer of your issue probably is a CPU, since nearly all of them require extraordinary user effort to make 6400 and 6200MTs stable. Instead 6000MT/s is simply plug and play. Set expo to 6000 profile (if available), and enjoy your system. If 6000 profile does not exist, set it to 6400 profile or 6200 profile, and then manually adjust RAM speeds.
