I recently created a new FAH team, but have misplaced the login Info. Who do I need to contact to get this information.

I proud of the fact that only been running F@H for 2 days and have completed 45 WUs.
What I am not proud of is if for got to make note of the email address I used when I setup the team and the Founding User name.
Because of this I am unable to do the password reset.
