New User, totally stupid question

Post by ldenk »

Hello Everyone
I really looked around website and forum for an answer with no success.
Our company is willing to contribute and donate computing time of 3-4 computers for this project
In the same time we have occasional projects on our own (like folding 1 short protein per month).
Is it possible to enter our own projects or all projects are coming from Stanford?

With best regards

I think you should contact PG not ask us, but I'm for one not aware there are 3rd party wu's distributed through the projects, but I'm not sure. You might get into a partnership kind of relation, just speculation, and get the kind of coorporation you seem to want but you'll have to ask the right people :)

All projects being done by FAH are academic research and the results are placed in the public domain. I suspect that your company wishes to work on projects which benefit your company's bottom line and therefore will not be placed in the public domain, so the answer will probably be no.

If you wish to download the analysis software itself for private use, contact gromacs.org or any one of the open software projects that do Molecular Design work.
