Which Client? Which Drivers?

Just trying to setup a folding system on my Q6600 and my GTX 280. What shoudl I download?

# SMP client (MPICH)
# SMP client (DEINO)

On my gtx 280 which drivers should I download?

Im using Vista 64bit - just read this means I cant fold on GPU doesnt it?

The Deino SMP client doesn't work in 64 bits OS. So you should use the MPICH version.

CUDA enabled drivers can be downloaded here : http://www.nvidia.com/object/cuda_get.html

Try the leaked 185.20 too.

Can I run a GPU client in vista 64bit? Which version?

Yep, you can run the GPU client in Windows Vista x64.
