There are two reports for partial credit in the DB (most likely EUEs).
I don't know what could cause the FILE_IO_ERROR, but the WU might be bad after all, and writes invalid data to the disk ... (it shouldn't generate a 260 MB arc file)

how can i get the points on here so i can get the crown hat but i download the stuff and it says number of units comeplete 6 ? so plz tell more about this web to me
We don't really have a chat room. If you want help, you've come to the right place. If you want to discuss something off-topic, posts in the "Today's Discussion" topic are kept for a few days and then purged.
To help figure out why you think you have completed 6 units and where your points might be I need more information. Which client are you running? Which OS? What name did you enter when you configured your client? Do you see messages "Thank you ...." in FAHlog.txt? Please post applicable portions of FAHlog.txt.
The stats are updated every 3 hours, so do not expect to see credits immediately, but you probably should be seeing some results by now.
