I know it's been said that the current update regime is not permanent ... but would it not make sense to do the update so that the data in the next three hourly data files is as up to date as it can be?
The current cycle has the update starting just after the file is generated so that the next set of files is ALREADY 2 HOURS OUT OF DATE when they are generated. The updates could be delayed by say 90 mins ... this should give time for the update to be completed by the tine the next set of 3 hourly files is produced ... and give more up to date information in them too ...

Re: Stats update time
ok, we've pushed the stats update back an hour for the team and donor name flat files. That should resolve this.
