Ok, I joined up and started folding yesterday.
I created a team, put on a few my machines and it has been working ok until today.
I have installed fah on several more machines, and have many more machines of my friends to add to the team stats. The only problem is every machine keeps attempting to get work but is failing.
I am willing to be patient but how long do have to wait before abandoning this project?
Or is there a way to fix the issue?
Below is a portion of the log file that continues to fail

Re: Please Help
If the client is installed correctly and there isn't an issue with your internet connection, it would just be a matter of waiting until an appropriate work server is available.
It is hard to tell if there should be one. You didn't give us the part of the log which shows what client you are running. Please post that.
In regard to the internet connection, do you have a firewall? Is it possible it is stopping the clients from connecting?

Re: Please Help
A check of the database shows you have successfully returned work from four different clients today with a variety of processor types running different operating systems, so I tend to suspect your internet connection.
What happens when you go to each of these addresses from a browser window?

http://171.65.103.100/

Re: Please Help
Thanks for the replies.
The machines with the problems are in the network lab at my school.
I will try to research the internet connection issue tomorrow.
Wouldn't that be ironic, a Senior at a Univeristy can't make his internet work.
I have set up multiple servers in the lab on linux and server 2003.
They all communicate with other via my DHCP and DNS server.
All of the server blades have assigned IPs, and can access the internet fine.
The other 30 PCs obtain an IP no problem and also connect to the www.
As far as the links posted, I received an OK on all but .93 from my home systems.
I will post again tomorrow from school.
